Among many important projects of Master Plan 2021, the most unique one is sub city Zone L close to Dwarka sub city and Indira Gandhi International airport. The closeness of the L Zone to Millennium city Gurgaon is another location advantage. However, the Master Plan 2021 implemented in Delhi is an effort of Delhi Government to dilute the population pressure on Delhi and facilitate the urban expansion of the National Capital City.
